Meet The Instructors

Master (Chris) Christy
-4th Degree Black Belt
-Certified Instructor and Owner
-2007 USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame
-20 years teaching and 26 years as a student of Taekwondo
-Loves the art of Taekwondo, combat Taekwondo, Hapkido, Mixed Martisl Arts, and Boxing
-Enjoys teaching self defense, gun and knife defense
-Favorite kicks are the famous Mr. Christy reverse side kick (watch out in sparring class!), axe kick, outer crescent kick, and twist kick
-Can break 5 stacked 1 inch thick boards, NO spacers, with hammerfist (no problem!)
-Has broken 8 boards with spacers and on fire! (cool!)

Cheryl Miller
-3rd Degree Black Belt
-Certified Instructor
-Mrs. Miller has been taking Taekwondo with Mr. Christy for 8 years.
-Breaks a board with a mean shin kick!

-A great instructor for kids and adults, she helps us run the school, without her we'd go crazy!

Jennifer Christy
-2nd Degree Black Belt
-Certified Instructor
-Mrs. Christy has been taking Taekwondo with Mr. Christy for 6 years and hopes to have her 3rd degree black belt by next year.
-Favorite kicks are the round kick and twist kick
-Favorite weapon is the sword
-Enjoys teaching the forms

Lori Caldwell
-2nd Degree Black Belt
-Certified Instructor
-Mrs. Caldwell has been taking Taekwondo with Mr. Christy for 6 years. She has competed successfully in many tournaments.
-Favorite strike is an elbow. Also breaks a board (or two) with her shin!
-A great instructor for all the students, she helps us run our school. We couldn't do it without her!
